Doherty Corp is a privately owned and operated Australian based company that specialises in providing operational services and equipment to new and established mine backfill systems throughout Australia and overseas.

 

We are currently seeking applications for Paste Plant Operators working at various sites across Australia for FIFO and residential roles on various rosters.

 

Rates starting at $60 per hour plus entitlements. Higher rates for the right candidates.

 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Operation of Paste Backfill Plants.

• Housekeeping & minor maintenance of the Paste Backfill Plant.

• Paste sampling & testing.

• Surface management of the underground reticulation system.

• Other duties as directed by the Paste Fill Coordinator.

 

Requirements

• Experienced in operation of backfill plants or other processing plants.

• Basic computing skills.

• Strong work ethic and punctual.

• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner

• Current Police Clearance & Manual Drivers License.

• Willing to undergo a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
